We all know he's a shit defender...
And a shit winger/wingback...
Cant cross to our players...

Re: Masuaku signs new contract (2024)
I cant work out if for the clearance for the second goal if he is being stupid enough to try and find someone in the middle with a pass

Or if he is actually trying to clear the ball and hasnt even attempted to hit it properly to do a decent clearance

Everyone saying we need a rb....Ngakia looked ok to me. LB we are fucking horrid

Re: Masuaku signs new contract (2024)
One fan asked what Masuaku offers the team, to which Thomas replied: “I think every West Ham fan asks themselves that question every week! He should be sold in the summer. He’s too much of a liability.”

Cheaper than relegation? That's a serious wedge going into his sky.

Re: Masuaku signs new contract (2024)
Agree he’s useless, but to replace him would cost money so it’s cheaper to keep him even with a possible pay improvement.

Presume that shirt number is next date we expect him to have a decent game. He must say three Hail Marys every week he opens his pay packet

Re: Masuaku signs new contract (2024)
He's an absolute TURD of a player... Moyes needs shooting bringing him on today... strolling and then complete and utter panic when he comes on.... an absolute TURD

Re: Masuaku signs new contract (2024)
Dogshit clearance for the second goal.

Could tolerate him in the past for doing mad skillz, but hes not even doing that. So we're just left with him chasing shadows, losing his player and being a general fucking liability.

Not quite his fault for the goals but yeah he's useless.

Re: Masuaku signs new contract (2024)
If we stay up or go down, we've gotta get rid of him in the summer.

Good on the underlap and overlap.

Pat Nevin once highlighted L baines underlap runs, very insightful.

Re: Masuaku signs new contract (2024)
Masuaku has steadily improved.

Still has the odd lapse in concentration, but overall he's doing well.

In terms of us acheiving a Europa League place and possibly winning a cup, i think he's good enough to give us a chance of doing that.

It would be great if in 3 years time, he improves (along with the rest of the squad) even more and can help us maybe, yes maybe, be in with a chance of going for a Champions League spot.

Personally, i don't think he will acheive that. But, there is no reason why he can't be an able understudy to someone who is good enough to help us challenge for Champions League qualification.

Of course, how we invest for the next 3 years, will determine all that

Iam always fairly optimistic, but also know this is West Ham, so It can all turn to shit at any moment.

;-)
